ROK SA — Raffinerie d’Or de Kinshasa SA — is a public-private joint venture between DRC Gold Trading SA, a Congolese state portfolio company, and Metahive Ltd. Founded in 2026, it is the downstream refining pillar established under the framework of Decree N° 22/48.
